ASIS International Benelux Chapter offers her members this unforgettable event at no cost: the pre-event, the chapter dinner and the Fall meeting are all free of charge. Non-members may participate in the Fall meeting at a cost of € 295. Non-members can register by sending an e-mail to the secretariat: secretariat@asisbenelux.eu.

For those who would like to book a hotel room, we have negotiated special rates with: Hotel Mercure Vé, Vismarkt 14 - 2800 Mechelen (www.hotelve.com). You can book rooms with discount until 1 month before the event and until 1 month before the event you may cancel again for free. If you would like to book in less than a month in advance, then the regular daily prices apply and it is according to availability. You can sign up as usual via the ASIS Benelux website. Please note that you have to register for each event separately. Upon registration for our events, you are automatically listed online as a participant.  If you do not wish to appear on this list of participants, you can change the setting for that in your member profile.

Please note that for a no-show (no timely cancellation of the event, i.e. 24 hours before the event), you will receive an invoice for € 50 per registered event.
